HELEXPO

Philoxenia 2010 greeting.

Two exhibitions and two conferences on tourism indicate the intention of HELEXPO’s administration to support the most important and promising sector of the Greek economy. While Greece is looking for an exit out of the crisis and for new development prospects, especially in the southeastern Mediterranean, the role of this year’s 26th International Tourism Exhibition Philoxenia is considered extremely important. The years of HELEXPO’s experience are a huge advantage, but also a guarantee for exhibitors.

Especially this year, enterprises participating in the 26th Philoxenia have the opportunity, besides receiving international exposure, to come into direct contact with industry leaders. Businesses also have the possibility to enlarge their customer base, to ensure the possibility for new multi-level cooperations, through the hosted buyers program. Only Philoxenia exhibitors can set up pre-arranged appointments with foreign tour operators invited to HELEXPO.

Moreover, at the Philoxenia exhibition -the most important event in the field of tourism that takes place in Greece- foreign government representatives, travel agencies, hotels, airlines, shipping companies, local authorities and tourism guides that operate on a national and international level will be present once again.

HELEXPO, desiring to provide an opportunity for further specialization, has organized in parallel the first International Exhibition of Hotel and Business Equipment HOTELIA-EXPRO CLEAN at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center from 18 to 21 November.
