The exhibition center will open this June and inform hotel guests, visitors, university students and local schools in regards to the uniqueness of the natural habitats in Messinia and the work currently undertaken by the Navarino Environmental Observatory (NEO). The center will include interactive technology, slide shows, films and specially designed programs developed by the Hellenic Ornithological Society, providing the ideal starting point for an exciting exploration of the region’s natural heritage. The Navarino Natura Hall is brought to Costa Navarino by the University of Stockholm in cooperation with the Academy of Athens, the Hellenic Ornithological Society, the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association and TEMES S.A.
