Event News Sea Tourism Forum To Launch Next Month by GTP editing team 1 May 2011 written by GTP editing team 1 May 2011 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 8 The potential for sea tourism and the development of the economies of Greece, the Eastern Mediterranean and the Black Sea region will be examined during the first Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum, scheduled to take place 21-22 June at the Onassis Cultural Center in Athens. The forum is entitled “The Challenge for Greece, the Eastern Mediterranean and the Black Sea” and will focus on three key areas: cruise shipping, yachting and inter-island and coastal shipping. The two-day Posidonia event will be held under the auspices of the Maritime Affairs, Islands and Fisheries Ministry, the Culture and Tourism Ministry, the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping, the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises and the Hellenic Professional Yacht Owners.
