The Kalymnos Hoteliers Association together with the Municipality of Kalymnos and the Free Diving Association of Thessaloniki are organizing this year the Skandalopetra* Freediving Games 20-24 July on Kalymnos in the Dodekanissos complex.

The Skandalopetra event is part of the Kalymnos Diving Festival to be held 18-24 July with the participation and support of the Italian Federation of Underwater Activities FIPSAS. Parallel events include an underwater photo contest.

The Kalymnos Hoteliers Association has announced very attractive prices for visitors wishing to attend.

* Skandalopetra diving dates from ancient Greece when it was used by sponge fishermen on Kalymnos.
