The first Hellenic Travel and Trade Center that aims to promote Greek tourism destinations, enterprises and traditional products to Scandinavia, opened to the public last month in Oslo, Norway. This multi-function center is located in a central location, in the heart of the business district of Oslo capital. Alongside the opening of the Hellenic Travel and Trade Center was the launch of the first exclusive delicatessen store “Kalimera Hellas” that sells exclusive and traditional products from Greece. The first Hellenic Travel and Trade Center is a sole private initiative to promote travel to Greece from Scandinavia. The center’s main activities include the sale of selected Greek products via the Kalimera Hellas Delicatessen, the operation of a showroom of Greek products and the presentation of Greek tourism destinations and hotels. The center has been founded by communication agency North Events that promotes Greek tourism, culture and gastronomy to Scandinavian countries.
