Pictured are Alternate Development Minister Socratis Xynidis, Turkish Airlines Chairman Hamdi Topcu, Turkish Ambassador to Greece Hasan Göğüş, Thessaloniki Vice Prefect Apostolos Tzitzikostas and Thessaloniki Mayor Yiannis Boutaris at the celebration ceremony. Turkish Airlines also announced last month that it would add two more flights from Istanbul to Athens as of 1 July.
