The Hellenic Chamber of Hotels will present the “Greek Breakfast” initiative this month at the 7th International Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe Show HO.RE.CA., to take place 4-7 February at the Athens Metropolitan Expo in Spata. The event will be held in cooperation with the Hellenic Chef’s Association. “Greek Breakfast” is an initiative of the chamber for the promotion of Greek cuisine as a means for the development of Greek tourism. At HO.RE.CA., the chamber will present breakfast options by using local traditional products from various Greek regions (Eptanisa, Chios, Mytilini, Kos, Rodos, Dodecanese, Epirus) and this way promote the uniqueness of each destination and show how Greek breakfast is as an essential part of Greek hospitality.
