Travel professionals, media representatives, celebrities and associates of the hotel enjoyed a festive afternoon with live music and sampled the cuisine of executive chef Yiannis Manikis. The Hilton’s Byzantine restaurant continues the tribute to seasonal products with recipes inspired by the “hidden treasures of the earth” until 5 February 2012.
