Culture and Tourism Minister Pavlos Yeroulanos cuts the inauguration ribbon of the 7th HO.RE.CA. show in the presence of prominent personalities from the Greek food service and hospitality sectors. “Personally I think it is indeed an honor to serve this industry, an industry where state and individuals have worked closely together to achieve what they have done in recent years,” he said during the inauguration ceremony. Mr. Yeroulanos added that he was very impressed by the level of professionalism the representatives of tourism and gastronomy had reached.
