Greek Shipping At Center Stage In June

The 23rd Posidonia International Shipping Exhibition will be held this year 4-8 June at the Metropolitan Expo, located near Athens International Airport in Spata.

“Posidonia will highlight the contribution the Greek shipping industry makes to Greece’s economy, which, in these challenging times, is now more important than ever,” Themistocles Vokos, Chairman of Posidonia Fairs said recently.

The 23rd Posidonia International Shipping Exhibition, organized in Greece every two years, will be held this year 4-8 June at the Metropolitan Expo, located by Athens International Airport in Spata.

The exhibition is expected to attract participants of the global maritime industry from some 80 countries.

Posidonia 2012 will not only showcase new technologies, products and services, but also provide a critical insight into the key issues and recent developments affecting world trade and sea transportation.

Posidonia 2012 is organized under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Development, Competitiveness and Shipping.
