Greek tourism journalists at Gerakas Port in Lakonia during a fam trip organized 16-18 March by the Monemvasia Tourism Promotion Committee with the assistance of Greek tourism journalist Margarita Manousou (Touristiki Agora magazine). The journalists were introduced to the highlights and advantages of the municipality, ideal to make it a destination to be visited any time of the year. “The aim is for Monemvasia to become a multi-day holiday destination and not just a weekend getaway destination,” the president of the committee, Babis Lyras, told GTP.
