Tourism professionals from the Black Sea Member States will gain first hand insights and knowledge on the most representative and innovative Peloponnese tourism products and have the opportunity to hold meetings with selected Greek regional tourism providers at the “ARGO II Black Sea Tourism Forum & Travel Trade Workshop” on 3-4 May in Nafplio, Peloponnese.

The event aims to promote the tourism product of Argolida and the Peloponnese region, offer professional networking among representatives of the local tourism industry with new tourism markets and to strengthen cooperation in tourism to the wider Black Sea.

The tourism event includes a two-day workshop with an emphasis on modern applications of research and development of tourism products and e-tourism and use of social media for tourism professionals.

The second day will include a series of organized B2B meetings among Greek tourism professionals and selected tour operators and airline representatives from 12 countries in the region of the Black Sea (Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Romania, Serbia, among others).

The forum will be held within the framework of the Black Sea Trade & Investment Promotion Program of the United Nations Development Program and with the support of the Region of Peloponnese, the Municipality of Nafplio, the Argolida Chamber and AbouTourism International Destination Consultancy.
