The bureau’s new promotional video is named “Share your ideas in Athens” and aims to show through the pov (point of view) technique that the Greek capital is an ideal conference destination with numerous options. Through the eyes of a business traveler visiting Athens for three days, viewers can see all the city has to offer in terms of conference, accommodation and public transport facilities as well as cultural, gastronomic and other leisure activities. Viewers follow the delegate during the conference participation, site inspection, and sightseeing of the historic and cultural center of the city, the gastronomical journey, and the Athens coastline. The delegate is informed in regards to the range of available infrastructure that includes 40 conference and exhibition halls and some 380 meeting rooms and accommodation at 695 hotels in the greater Athens area. ACB’s video features over 20 locations and facilities in the Athens center and the greater surrounding area. The “Share your ideas in Athens” video will be distributed to the international and domestic conference sector so as to assist during bids to host conferences and meetings in the Greek capital.
