Greek Air Traffic Controllers’ Work-Stoppage Causes Flight Reschedules

Aegean Airlines has announced the rescheduling of 16 scheduled flight sectors and cancelling of 6 flight sectors that were due to operate tomorrow, Wednesday, 26 September 2012, due to the work suspension of Air Traffic Control Personnel (10:00 – 13:00 local time).

The following flight sectors have been cancelled:

• A3 332  Athens – Chania
• Α3 333 Chania – Αthens
• Α3 110 Athens – Thessaloniki
• Α3 111 Thessalonki – Αthens
• Α3 904 Αthens – Larnaka
• Α3 905 Larnaka – Αthens

The 16 flight sectors have been rescheduled as follows:

• Α3 354 Αthens – Santorini,  Departure from Athens at 7.30 instead of 10.30
• Α3 355 Santorini – Athens, Departure from Santorini at 8.55 instead of 11.55
• Α3 610 Αthens – Paris , Departure from Athens at 9.00 instead of 9.30
• Α3 140 Αthens – Αlexandroupoli, Departure from Athens at 7.20 instead of 8.20
• Α3 141 Αlexandroupoli – Athens, Departure from Alexandroupoli at 8.50 instead of 9.50
• Α3 252 Αthens – Μitilini, Departure from Athens at 7.30 instead of 8.00
• Α3 253 Μitilini – Αthens, Departure from Mitilini at 8.50 instead of 9.20
• Α3 540 Athens – Thessaloniki , Departure from Athens at 7.55 instead of 8.35
• Α3 540 Thessaloniki – Dusseldorf , Departure from Thessaloniki at 9.30 instead of 10.10
• Α3 402 Αthens – Corfu, Departure from Athens at 7.50 instead of 8.25
• Α3 316 Αthens – Iraklion , Departure from Athens at 13.15 instead of 12.45
• Α3 317 Iraklion – Αthens, Departure from Iraklion at 14.35 instead of 14.05
• Α3 374 Αthens – Mykonos, Departure from Athens at 13.00 instead of 11.30
• Α3 375 Μykonos – Αthens, Departure from Mykonos at 14.05 instead of 12.35
• Α3 105 Thessaloniki – Αthens, Departure from Thessaloniki at 9.00 instead of 9.10
• Α3 903 Larnaka – Athens , Departure from Larnaka at 8.00 instead of 8.20
