Eighteen-year-old Maria Nektarijevic was crowned Miss Porto Carras 2012 at a beauty pageant held on Friday, 28 September, in the lobby of the five-star Porto Carras Meliton. From 19 to 29 September 2012, the Porto Carras Grand Resort hosted the 29 finalists of the Serbian beauty pageant “Miss Serbia & Balkan Beauty,” scheduled to take place on 7 October in Belgrade. Among events held at Porto Carras was a fashion show of renowned Serbian designers Jadrauka Kanazir & Bata Spasojevic.
