The key elements of Best Western’s “new look” include the addition of a Trip Advisor option to rate each hotel, a detailed description and more photos of each type of hotel room and the ability to create a list of “favorite Best Western Hotels.” Services for members of the loyalty club Best Western Rewards have been updated as well and now offer online booking by cashing out points, instant confirmation for the points that correspond to each reservation and access to more packages and offers for each Best Western hotel.
