The Parthenon in Athens, Santorini’s Red Beach and the Amanzoe resort in the Peloponnese, were singled out and included on the 101 best list along with the experience one can have upon their visit to those destinations: Parthenon, Athens, Greece (included in More places to step back in time): “The fifth century B.C. temple devoted to Athena remains the ne plus ultra of a man’s monuments to the divine. The best view?
