Rodos saw a significant increase of British tourists this year and the Greek island aims to achieve the same in 2013, the president of the Rodos Hoteliers Association, Antonis Kambourakis, said yesterday, 5 November, while inaugurating the island’s pavilion at the 33rd World Travel Market (WTM) in London, UK.

During his speech, Mr. Kambourakis presented the tourism promotion campaign for the 2013 season of the Rodos Tourism Promotion Organization, P.RO.TOUR. Part of the campaign is the “Sunkissed by Rodos” action (photo).

“Our message is simple, because we want to be effective. We remind that Rodos is an ideal holiday destination, a sunny and beautiful island with great beaches, excellent gastronomy, culture and activities for children and adults, as well as high-level accommodation facilities at very affordable prices,” he said.
