Chalkidiki Hotel Association Holds Xmas Charity Event

The Chalkidiki Hotel Association held its second annual Christmas charity cocktail event on Friday, 14 December, at the Maison Crystal in Thessaloniki, aiming to support institutions of the Chalkidiki region.

The charity event coincided with the celebration of the association’s 30th anniversary and former presidents Dimitris Grigoriadis, Andreas Andreadis, Mihalis Athanasopoulos and Gerasimos Bakoyiannis were honored by the association’s president Grigoris Tasios.

The Chalkidiki Hotel Association also honored representatives of the following services for their overall offer to the region’s tourism:

• Regional GNTO Office of Central Macedonia–Thessaloniki (representatives Persephone Triha and former Head Thomas Goutantzis)
• Chalkidiki Police Department (Brigadier General Konstantinos Papoutsis)
• Chalkidiki Fire Department (Fire Chief Dimitris Papadopoulos)
• Chalkidiki Port Authority (Ierissos Port Authority Commander Thomas Tsialos)
