“Greek Breakfast” To Be Served At 8th HORECA

"Greek Breakfast" by the Hellenic Chamber of HotelsThe Hellenic Chamber of Hotels will present the results of its coordinated actions aimed to establish “Greek Breakfast” throughout all hotels of the country, at the 8th International Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe Show HO.RE.CA., to take place 8-11 February 2013 at the Athens Metropolitan Expo in Spata.

The “Greek Breakfast” project is an initiative of the hotel chamber focused on the Greek culinary tradition and aims to promote the wealth and authenticity of local products and gastronomy by uniting hoteliers and local producers.

At Hall 4of the 8th HO.RE.CA, “Greek Breakfast” menus from eight regions (Santorini, Rhodes, Kos, Lesvos, Naxos, Halkidiki, Magnesia and Messinia) that have already signed quality agreements with the hotel chamber, will be presented at stands A25, 27,29,31 – B26, 27,28,29,30 – C29.

Through special events, the eight regions will present their breakfast menus while showcasing their culinary traditions and local products.

Moreover, the central stand of the “Greek Breakfast” initiative will present the breakfast proposals of the 70 first hotels throughout Greece that have joined the program.
