The Capsis hotel was sold for 42 million euros. The hotel consists of 694 rooms with 1288 beds, luxury executive rooms, suites and a VIP floor with 40 suites and a VIP lounge. In November 2011, the hotel was returned to its original owner Eurobank as the Capsis family, who had undertaken the management, was facing liquidity problems.
