The gastronomy seminar will be held 5-7 March by the Captain Vassilis Foundation and the Messinian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and under the auspices of Athinorama magazine and the Chrysos Skoufos (Golden Cap) awards. Renowned chefs such as Lefteris Lazarou, Doxis Bekris and Dimitris Skarmoutsos and journalists-experts in the gastronomy field will give ideas and present modern techniques for food service enterprises in Messinia to upgrade and improve their offered services and boost their profits. The three-day event is expected to attract tourism and food service professionals, award winning chefs, food critics and other experts in the fields of gastronomy and tourism.
