Aquis Hotels Enters Attica Market

Plaza Resort Hotel in Anavyssos, Attica.

Aquis Hotels and Resorts has now entered the Attica hotel market as it has taken over the management of the five-star Plaza Resort Hotel in Anavyssos, press reports said. Hotel room capacity is 135 rooms and suites.

According to Greek daily Kathimerini, Aquis has also added another hotel to its Corfu portfolio: the Mon Repos Palace (110 rooms) located in the island’s center.

The hotel group has also taken over the management of the San Agostino Beach Hotel (272 rooms and bungalows) in Agios Avgoustinos, Messinia.

With the addition of the three new hotels to its portfolio, Aquis now manages 12 units with a room capacity of nearly 4,000 with over 11,500 beds.

The hotel group has five hotels on Corfu, four on Crete, and of one in Kos, Kalamata and Attica.
