Free Admission To Acropolis Museum On 25 March

On the occasion of the Greek National Holiday of 25 March 2013, entry will be free for all visitors at the Acropolis Museum from 9am until 5pm.

The museum will celebrate with various events, including a workshop about ancient technology hosted by museum conservators (11 am), a workshop about the laser technology used by museum conservators for the restoration of the Caryatids (12 noon), a music event addressing the theme of love in Greek music of the 20th century (12:30 pm), gallery talks on the “Archaic Colors” by museum archaeologist–hosts (3:30 pm), family backpacks and “Greek Traditional Meal” at the restaurant.
