Crete To Shine In Athens Next Month

The local products, traditional dishes and tourism services of Crete will be displayed next month at the TAE KWON DO stadium in Faliro, Athens, at the exhibition “Crete: The Great Meeting” organized by Promexpo and the region of Crete.

The exhibition will take place 24-27 May 2013.

Exhibitors will include Greek producers of agricultural and livestock products and tourism enterprises that aim to increase sales in the domestic and international markets.

Until now 125 exhibitors/producers have registered and will showcase their products and services to the Greek market and overseas visitors.

The exhibition will include cultural and musical events that will show the rich culture of Crete.

Conference

On the sidelines of the exhibition, a conference entitled “Production – Standardization – Gastronomy – Tourism: A United Production Complex” will be held on Saturday 25 May, 4-7pm.

The coordinator of the conference will be Former Tourism Minister Nikos Skoulas.
