santorini_grace“Pop-up” restaurants are all about keeping dining fresh, fun and offering out-of-the-ordinary culinary experiences and this autumn, Grace Santorini, a boutique hotel in Greece, will deliver just that through a partnership with legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa from 3 to 9 October 2013.

For one week only, Grace Santorini will feature the “Omakase” set menu that provides the perfect way to sample the delicate Matsuhisa cuisine, known for its unique Japanese-Peruvian union.

Seven of the most popular and classic dishes will take center stage including Black Cod and New Style Sashimi, expertly created at Grace Santorini by five guest chefs from Matsuhisa Mykonos.

Matsuhisa has a long-standing tradition of flavor and culture fusions, making this “pop-up” the ideal seaside pairing of East meets West.

Nobuyuki Matsuhisa has 30 restaurants in 25 different cities around the world and a vast celebrity following.
