Costa Navarino Recognized As Great Place to Work

Messinia’s Costa Navarino luxury resort has been recognized as one of Greece’s best workplaces, according to the 11th Best Workplaces 2013 list released recently by the Great Place to Work Institute Hellas.

The high standard resort was the one and only enterprise of the Greek tourism sector mentioned on the list.

From the research and evaluation of Greece’s best places to work, 25 companies excelled this year and were divided in three categories according to the number of their employees.

Costa Navarino was included among the companies that have a staff of over 250.

During the resort’s first operational phase, some 1,200 new jobs were created.

According to the company’s policy, the work environment is the key for a company’s success. “Costa Navarino is a place where, through continuous education, there is constant development and rewarding,” the company said in an announcement.

Costa Navarino aims for its employees to have strong relations and for this reason has launched a series of initiatives such as the monthly awarding of staff members, events of social solidarity and the annual Celebration of Associates event.
