Respond on Demand_ThessGreek tourism professionals came in contact with travel agencies from target international markets and discussed new collaborations at the second B2B Travel Event held 8-9 April at the Capsis Hotel in Thessaloniki by Respond on Demand.

Over 35 hotels from Greek tourism destinations and representatives of Greek travel agencies held B2B meetings with travel agents from Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Egypt, The Netherlands, US and UK.

The Greek tourism professionals introduced new Greek travel products (accommodation, activities, alternative tourism options, etc) and discussed their inclusion in holiday packages.

Some of the guest travel agents also participated in a familiarization trip organized at Lake Plastiras, near the city of Karditsa, to introduce the destination’s potential and communicate the image of an attractive Greece.

Respond on Demand said it aims to hold the B2B travel event every year in Thessaloniki to help boost incoming tourism to Greece.

The event was held under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization.
