Company updates Lufthansa To Launch A380 Service To Shanghai by GTP editing team 25 April 2013 written by GTP editing team 25 April 2013 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 6 Lufthansa recently announced it will fly five times a week on a daily Frankfurt–Shanghai service with an A380 as of 26 September. The Frankfurt-Shanghai segment will be operated as LH728 that will depart Frankfurt at 5:20pm and arrive in Shanghai at 9:55am the following morning. The return flight will be flight LH729, departing Shanghai at 1:15pm and arrive in Frankfurt at 6:55pm. Lufthansa will continue to fly a second Frankfurt–Shanghai link on an A340-600 to offer twice-daily flights on the route. In its summer schedule for 2013, Lufthansa will operate A380s on services to Beijing, Houston, Johannesburg, San Francisco, Singapore and Tokyo.
