American news network CNN included four Greek beaches – two in Crete and two in the Ionian Sea – on its recent “World’s 100 Best Beaches” list.

100th world’s best beach: Falasarna Beach in Chania, Crete.

35th world’s best beach: Balos Beach in Kissamos, Crete.

32nd world’s best beach: Navagio (Shipwreck) Beach on Zakynthos.

24th world’s best beach: Egkremni Beach on Lefkada.

Grande Anse Beach, La Digue Island, Seychelles is number 1 on the list.
