For the second consecutive year, customer feedback has highlighted the hotel as one of the top destinations for a pleasant stay in Thessaloniki. The Travelers’ Choice winners are based on millions of reviews and opinions from travelers around the world. To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. According to TripAdvisor, roughly 10 percent of accommodations receive this distinguished award.
