From 15 to 21 October 2012, the Municipality of Chania held a series of activities and events related to the leading theme of the ELDW, which was “Human Rights Make for More Inclusive Communities.” The special prize was also awarded to another 16 European cities from a total of 130 local and regional authorities and partner associations.
