Event: Greek Businesses Come Closer To China Today In Athens

GREECE–CHINA_EmpoweringCreativeEconomyGreek entrepreneurs will gain insight today on how establish their brands in the major market of China at the “GREECE-CHINA/Empowering Creative Economy” event at the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation in Athens at 7pm.

Renowned Xie Ying Qun, general manager Canton Fair Product Design and Trade Promotion Center and general manager of China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Development Corporation, is the official guest of the event.

Mr. Qun will reveal to Greek businessmen the new trends prevailing in China through his speech entitled “The role of PDC in the creative economy of China. Connecting European creatives with Chinese enterprises.”

The event is a joint effort of the Hellenic-Chinese Center for Entrepreneurship, DESIGNLOBBY.ASIA and DESIGNLOBBY.GREECE.

Welcome speeches will be made by Greek Development Minister Kostis Hatzidakis, Greek Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni, Chairman of the Athens City Council Fotis Provatas and Economic and Trade Counselor at the Chinese Embassy in Greece Sun Liwei.

“GREECE-CHINA/Empowering Creative Economy” is an effort to develop the extroversion of Greek enterprises in target foreign markets and attract investment and also increase the exports of Greek products through the best possible conditions in the global market.
