In regards to congress tourism, services include preparing presentations and bids for international conferences; web design; mobile applications; social media; e-abstract handling and scoring; on line payments and submissions via server security; infrastructure installations to accommodate smartphones, tablet pcs, touch screens, etc.; e-posters; barcode (installation, project management, illustrations); RFID technologies; e-voting; live streaming; and web casting. Services for the tourism and travel sector include a ticketing section; tourist welcome department (foreigners and Greeks); incentives and special interest groups section; cruises; leasing department for cars, Pullman, yachts, aircrafts; group and individual organized travel packages for abroad; and corporate and business travel section. All services are supported 24 hours a day by specialized staff.
