Greece comes in first this season in terms of tourist arrivals from Poland via charter flights. Egypt and Turkey follow in second and third place respectively, countries that were in the lead until last year. This was focused on during discussions Greek Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni held recently in Poland with representatives of the Polish tourism market. During a meeting with her Polish counterpart Joanna Mocha, Mrs. Kefalogianni discussed the launch of the tourism cooperation agreement between Greece and Poland. Among other things, the agreement sees the countries establishing a student and tourism school experts exchange program. Last year, 254,682 Polish tourists visited Greece and this year, according to reports, that number is expected to reach 380,000.
