Creta Maris Green Team: Summer Actions To Protect The Environment

The Creta Maris Green Team – the environmental group of the Creta Maris Beach Resort – recently organized a clean up of the resort’s entrance and surrounding area.

Creta Maris Green Team members also pulled out overgrown grass and weeds in the area of a nearby shop.

Employees and customers of the hotel participated in the initiative and offered their full support to continue the resort’s “green” project.

Creta Maris Green Team consists of volunteers/Creta Maris employees and participates in activities related to environmental protection, such as cleaning public areas, beaches, planting trees etc.

The Green Team’s mission is to support the Region of Crete, the Region of Heraklion and Heraklion Regional Municipalities by passing a “green” message to all citizens to contribute greatly to maintaining a clean environment.
