blue-star-parosBlue Star Ferries is supporting the Greek Manpower Employment Organization’s (OAED) 2013-2014 social tourism program aimed to offer carefree vacation days to Greek workers, the unemployed and their families.

The company said it would grant a 30 percent discount on the ferry tickets of beneficiaries who choose to travel on Blue Star Ferries ships to the Cyclades, the Dodecanese, Chios and Mytilene.

Beneficiaries will receive the discount by showing the social tourism voucher provided by OAED.

OAED’s social tourism program – that is expected to benefit the country’s domestic tourism market – is available to 110,000 beneficiaries (workers and unemployed) and will run 16 September 2013-31 July 2014.
