UK carrier British Airways is set to launch flights from London, Heathrow to Mykonos and Santorini in Greece in summer 2014.

“We believe the introduction of Mykonos and Santorini will prove very popular with holiday-makers looking to spend their vacation under the Greek sun without stopovers, long hours of waiting and traveling,” Lynne Embleton, British Airways director of strategy said.

Flights to Mykonos will start from 3 May 2014 and to Santorini from 4 May 2014. Both destinations will receive two flights a week from London.

Flights are now open for sale.
