Event News Grekland Panorama Fair To Showcase Greek Art by GTP editing team 14 November 2013 written by GTP editing team 14 November 2013 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 12 A selection of art exhibitions and displays from Greek artists, as well as a number of cultural happenings and events will be taking place in the upcoming Grekland Panorama, the first dedicated travel and taste fair for Greece to take place in Stockholm, Sweden. “A creative piece of Crete in Stockholm” painting collection – led by Penelope Orfanoudaki – will be one of Grekland Panorama’s main art exhibitions. The collection was earlier displayed in October 2013 as part of the “Afforable Art” exhibition and generated great interest from the Swedish public. Artists include Manousos Chalkiadaki, Olga Verykakis and Claire Allaz Vourou whose work capture the Greek cultural heritage in modern visual arts. Along with the tourism and modern gastronomy scene, the fair will actively support the country’s historical legacy in arts and culture.
