Hospitality Four Bidders Short-Listed For Astir Palace by GTP editing team 27 November 2013 written by GTP editing team 27 November 2013 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 20 The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) announced on 26 November that four consortiums were short-listed in the tender for the majority stake in the Astir Palace luxury resort at Vouliagmeni, southern Athens. The candidates are: Colony Capital Acquisitions LLC and Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP, a fund managed by AGC Jermyn Street IV Lamda Erga Anaptyxis SA Plepi Holdings Ltd, an investment entity controlled by members of the the Constantakopoulos family from Greece and the Olayan family from Saudi Arabia TAIPED’s Board of Directors and National Bank of Greece will soon decide on the validity of the bids and proceed to the opening of the financial offers. The Astir Palace luxury resort is 80 percent-owned by National Bank of Greece and 20 percent-owned by the Greek state.
