Ledra_RoomThe Athens Ledra Marriott, which will be managed by MARRIOTT International until 31 December 2013, will operate under the name “Athens Ledra Hotel,” as of 1 January 2014.

It is reminded that in November, under mutual agreement between owning company ASTY S.A. and MARRIOTT International, it was decided that the Management Agreement concerning the hotel would not be extended.

According to an announcement, ASTY S.A. will manage and operate the 314-room hotel.

“While the new management has undertaken to honor all existing individual and group reservations beyond 2014, it is also committed to offering the highest standard services to its guests as well as maintaining the hotel facilities,” the hotel’s new management said.

Under the new management, the hotel will appeal to business and leisure travelers and offer state of the art facilities such as conference and business facilities, a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views of the Parthenon and a health club and sauna.
