ANEK Lines Captain Honored By Port Authority In Santorini

The captain of the “Prevelis” ship, Vaggelis Stouraitis, was honored by the Thera Port Authority, Santorini.

Vaggelis Stouraitis, captain of the “Prevelis” ship of Greek shipping company ANEK Lines, was recently honored for his contribution to Greek shipping and excellent cooperation with the Thera Port Authority, Santorini.

The captain of the Prevelis received his award during a ceremony held on 6 December, the nameday of Agios Nikolaos (Saint Nicholas) who was the protector of sailors.

Captain Stouraitis is added to the long line of honored captains of ANEK Lines that includes Captain Apostolakis, Peristerakis, Kollydas, Korres, Papageorgiou and others.

“For ANEK, the honoring of the captain of Prevelis is an important recognition of the dedication, hard work and values of the company’s people,” ANEK Lines said in an announcement.
