Greek “Fast Learning” Program For Tour Guide Certification Announced

SAN_44_AkrotiriA “fast learning” program that will provide tour guide certification to history and archaeology university graduates will begin in February 2014 in Thessaloniki, according to an announcement made on 8 January by the Greek Tourism Ministry.

The program will be held from 17 February 2014 to 17 April 2014 at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (also known as the Aristotelian University or University of Thessaloniki).

The number of participants are limited to a maximum of 40. Interested parties may submit applications and required documents to the Tourism Ministry by 24 January 2014 (further information: Department of Tourism Education and Training on tel. 210-3736182).

A fee will be charged to those attending the program. The amount will depend on the number of persons attending.
