The island’s tourism website www.kos.gr will “speak” 11 languages as of Spring 2014: Greek, English, German, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Finnish, Dutch, Swedish, French and Chinese. The website currently offers content on over 2,000 landmarks, places and local businesses in Greek and English. It will be fully activated and show all of the island’s beauty as of April. The tourism portal will include local businesses that have the local quality seal and will also promote the sale of services and products of Kos.
