maroulis-synthesis_2Coach drivers of Maroulis Travel were recently fully informed by Mercedes-Benz Hellas officials on the upgraded active and passive safety systems (ABS, ESP, ASR, AFU, GPS-NAVI control) of the new buses added to its fleet.

“Apart from the high levels of comfort and luxury the new coaches provide, the safety of the guests we carry is a vital issue for us,” Maroulis Travel said in an announcement.

The tourism services and motorcoach company has added 10 new coaches to its fleet: four Super VIP Mercedes-Benz sprinter 519 CDI (20 seats) and six Mercedes-Benz Tourismo (50 seats) buses.

“This safety seminar is added to a series of continuous education and training activities for our drivers, to educate them on the rules of safe driving behavior and communication-customer service,” the company said.

The latest seminar attended by the coach drivers of Maroulis Travel was entitled “Customer service knowledge and skills.” The seminar was given by an established educational institution and lasted six months.
