The conclusion of the Lithuanian Presidency and the opening of the Greek Presidency of the Council of the European Union were recently celebrated at a reception held by the Embassy of Greece in Stockholm in cooperation with the Embassy of Lithuania

During the reception held at “Europahuset” in Stockholm, the Ambassador of Greece in Sweden, Ms Aliki Hadji, presented the priorities of the Greek Presidency of the Council of the European Union for the first semester 2014, as well as the official video about the Presidency logo and message: “Europe, our common quest.”

In conjunction with the event, a cultural exhibition took place, presenting “Portraits and Landscapes of Greece” by four contemporary Greek visual artists (Manousos Chalkiadakis, Nikos Gyftakis, Olga Verikaki, Claire Allaz Vourou).
