GReat Kouzina: Greek Cuisine Conference To Be Held In Athens

HORECA_2014_GReat KouzinaThe “GReat Kouzina” conference will be the highlight of the 7th Gastronomy Forum scheduled to be held during the 9th International Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe Show HORECA to take place 7-10 February 2014 at the Metropolitan Expo.

The goal of the conference and its accompanying events of the same title, is to present the new identity of Greek gastronomy.

According to HORECA, for the first time this year, a special platform will be set up in the events area of the Chef’s Club (Hellenic Chef’s Association) to allow professionals to attend the food events.

HORECA_Gastronomy_1Among other events, the stage will host a Greek-Polish gastronomy meeting that will be attended by 35 guests from Poland, including culinary journalists, chefs, restaurateurs and hotel owners. A presentation of Greek cheese and wine will be held as well.

The conference is expected to attract renowned representatives of institutional and government bodies of the tourism industry, as well as university professors and doctors.
