HORECA 2014 will be inaugurated by Greek Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni at 7pm. The trade show will feature 525 exhibitors and cover an exhibition floor space of 45,000 sq.m.. According to the organizers, HORECA is now considered the fastest growing trade show in Greece since it has managed to drastically increase all its figures within only nine years. HORECA 2014 will run until Monday 10 February. Thematic Events Institutional bodies of the Greek tourism and food service sectors will have a strong presence in the trade show, including the Tourism Ministry, the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (SETE), the Hellenic Chef’s Association, the Hellenic Barmen Association and SCAE Hellas, under the auspices and with the support of which a series of innovative thematic events will take place.
