Event News Greek Spring Food Festival To Take Place In Athens by GTP editing team 1 May 2014 written by GTP editing team 1 May 2014 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 10 Photo: Athinorama Greek products from 120 producers from around the country, tastings, taste workshops, cooking classes and spring specialties from famous chefs and restaurants will await all at the third festival “Ellada Giorti Gefseis” (Greece- Celebration-Flavors) held for the Spring 2014 season in Athens. The festival is organized by the Athinorama magazine and will take place 9-11 May at the Technopolis cultural center in the Gazi district. The whole world of pure Greek flavors will unfold in Technopolis as the food critics of Athinorama magazine and www.athinoramaumami.gr have selected the elite of the Greek food production to give visitors the opportunity to discover and taste freely a very large range of products: pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, pasta, olives and olive oil, sauces and dips, vegetables, microbrewery beers, spirits and wines, breads, vinegars and herbs, nuts, coffee, salt, spices and jams. The festival of Greek gastronomic culture will also include live musical happenings, theatrical performances and photography exhibitions.
