Event News HACT To Launch Free Seminars To Educate Greek Tourism Professionals On U.S. Travel Practices by GTP editing team 7 May 2014 written by GTP editing team 7 May 2014 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 10 The Hellenic American Chamber of Tourism (HACT) is inviting Greek travel professionals to “get involved” in the American travel and gastronomy market. HACT will hold a series of free educational seminars entitled Get Involved that aim to offer Greek travel professionals with opportunities to improve their understanding and knowledge of U.S. travel practices. The seminars will give insight on approaching specific travel sectors including US senior travel, wedding/honeymoon travel, luxury travel, adventure travel and gay and lesbian travel. The seminars will take place in Athens and Crete from May to September 2014. Upon registration, travel professionals will be able to choose the subjects that are of most interest to them. Also available will be seminars for Greek food producers and distributors to help them to get a better picture of the American Market and give them first hand advice/knowledge on how to market/promote/understand the American food market.
